DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Body massage: Apply and rub oil on the body.
For colds: Apply oil to the temples, neck, nape, wings of the nose, chest, and upper back to warm the body.
Steam inhalation for adults: Add 5-10 drops of oil into a bowl containing 250ml of hot water; gently inhale the steam.
For insect bites or stings: Apply the oil directly to the bite or sting and the surrounding skin.
Suitable for use on infants and children.
NOTE:
For external use only. Do not ingest.
STORAGE:
Store in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
SHELF LIFE:
36 months from the date of manufacture. The manufacturing date and expiry date are printed on the product packaging.
