Drug Interactions and Incompatibilities
Interactions with other medications and incompatibilities should be considered. Consult a doctor for detailed information.
Absorption Rate of Paracetamol
The absorption of Paracetamol may be increased by Metoclopramide or Domperidone, while it can be reduced by Cholestyramine. The anticoagulant effects of Warfarin and other Coumarins may be enhanced with prolonged and regular use of Paracetamol, increasing the risk of bleeding. However, occasional use generally does not have this effect.
Due to a lack of studies on incompatibilities, this medication should not be mixed with other medicines.
